This resutaurant is located at the best position in our Observatory.

We are selected "the superb view restaurants and cafe best 30 in Japan". We are the only restaurant in Tokai area selected to this book,we are really proud of this view!

We have two souvenior shop these are selling about 1,000 item. For example pearl accessaries, local sake, local products using local foodstuff, regional Hello Kitties, local seaweeds and some key chains. We have a lot of products more than I said.

HANEYASUME means "Resting its wings". We want you to relieve the weariness of journey. You can have really delicious soft ice cream here.It names "Oouthiyama soft ice cream. We are sure this soft ice cream is the best ice cream in Mie prefecture.

In other you can have some udon Noodles,ramen, donburi(rice bowl dishes) ,original humburger and etc.

Toba Obsevatory has huge free parking. there can park about 250 cars and buses.

Sometime a lot of car and bike comes as touring.

We have a heliport. Emergency helicopter use here.
